Morning came, some sunlight flickering through the curtains, lighting up the darkened, dusty room. Kenneth lay sleeping on his bed, the occasional snore escaping his mouth. Downstairs, Katherine had already awoken. She was tired after yesterday's meeting – it had grown rather late.  She wore her crimson morning gown, a neat choice of colour, rather matched with her orange hair, which was not curled, but rather sleek, much of it resting on her shoulders. An explanation would be that it was soaked – she had just gotten out of the shower.  She found herself a place in her favourite room, sitting down in Luna - Sol: Chapter Two

Aviraa - Lost Souls, Part 1The day was nearing an end. My gaze shifted up to the skies, observing the clouds above the city. I felt it; rain was approaching. My very being had been like this; capable of sensing changes in the energies of the world, allowing me to predict the weather. Naturally, my predictions were not always accurate, but they usually held some form of truth.  
I left the balcony, heading inside. A long day had come to pass and I certainly needed some rest. Especially considering the important meeting with the elders tomorrow.

Luna - Sol: Chapter OneChapter 1   
The clouds were encasing the light of the moon, letting only one, immense beam of it escape. This light fell upon London, bathing the city and its residents in cold, blue silence. There were few people outside in the chill air that autumn evening. Only a small group of people in the park, the odd person passing by a windows up-town, and similar incidents. But there were whispering voices from a back-alley.  “Kenneth!” a hissing voice uttered – although it was more of a whisper. Nobody could be seen, but they were heard. While I wasn't aiming for correct notation or good harmonics (was just testing the high-quality sounds mostly), I think it turned out pretty well.




So, I finally got a hold of this baby and I must tell you, I am enjoying what I hear. So far I have only installed low-quality strings (although I am installing high-quality ones as I type).

So I did an experiment with it in Sibelius 5. They are difficult to use together, but once I get a hang of it I'll be poppin' sweet symphonies in no time.

Meanwhile, here is my little "experiment". I spent 20 minutes on it and I did not intend to make a nice melody. All I wanted with it is to just hear how Sibelius 5 handles it.

I think it is pretty well for a first try.

Instruments used: Violins, Solo Viola, Solo Violincello.

Now, if only I could get my hands on CuBase...
